All lamps are provided with a small threaded section at the back which is passed through a hole in the respective cups and secured with a nut on the inside.  The mesh vents are etched in nickel silver, while the mesh stone guards for the head lamps is formed between matched dies, in stainless steel. After the door openings a roughed out, patterns are made for the fire wall and matching the body to the chassis
