1932 P3 Alfa Romeo

 
 

Here we see the last of the P3 miniatures to be built, being disassembled ready for sand blasting and chemical cleaning, before the final painting and reassemble.  It only differs from the previous example by having the rear fuel tank formed in annealed copper sheet, rather than the aluminium of the earlier one.  All parts are held together with concealed screws.  The creation of the tyres, spoked wheels, engine and chassis frame follow my normal practice - as shown in the other Build Galleries.
