With the body frame now fitted inside the body shell, all joints were  then soft soldered together, and where possible the tubular frame was soldered to the shell. A wire beading was then soldered to the inside edge of the wheel wells and holes cut to take the louvered panels.  These were etched in nickel silver, of double thickness as previously discussed.
