With the last of the exhaust fittings in place and the oil pipe lines made and fitted I decided to separate out the chassis parts for chrome and painting as I was keen to develop a dark red for the car and see what it looked like on the chassis.  The body patterns  are carved in pear wood and designed to separate out allowing each segment to be used for moulding metal forming dies.
