Pins are used to lock the door hinges in place, from the underside of the body. Epoxy resin is then applied to the inside of the body to stiffen it before the brass inside panels are soft soldered in place.  This is followed by the door catch, first located in the door mechanism, before being soft soldered to the inside door frame.
